These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the AWA Price Match Guarantee and Extra 10% Discount offer (the “Offer”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. The Offer is provided by AWA (Australian Toughness • Swedish Engineering) and is subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Requirements
1 Identical Product Requirement: The competing product must be identical in every respect to the AWA product being price-matched. This includes being branded and manufactured exclusively by Gore Engineering or AWA Manufacturing. The product must match exactly in model, specifications, features, and any other attributes.
2 Certification and Warranty: The competing product must come with official certification from the factory and include the identical warranty period as provided by the original manufacturer (Gore Engineering or AWA Manufacturing). Proof of such certification and warranty must be provided upon request.
3 Exclusion of Third-Party Products: This Offer does not apply to similar or comparable products manufactured by third-party manufacturers, even if they appear functionally equivalent. Only genuine AWA or Gore Engineering products qualify.
4 Compliance with Standards: The competing product must fully comply with all applicable European standards (including but not limited to safety, environmental, and quality regulations) and have identical specifications to the AWA product. Evidence of compliance may be required.
5 Advertised Price Source: The competing price must be an advertised price from an accredited distributor or third-party sales provider licensed to sell AWA or Gore Engineering products. Private sales, unverified listings, or prices from unauthorized sellers do not qualify.
How to Claim the Offer
• To claim the price match, you must provide verifiable proof of the lower price from a qualifying competitor (e.g., a current advertisement, website link, or invoice) at the time of purchase. The claimant must produce the advertisement, including the day and date it was published, upon making any claim. Copies of the advertisement and the contact details of the advertiser must be provided for confirmation purposes.
• The price match will be applied to the lower price, and an additional 10% discount will be deducted from that matched price.
• The Offer is valid only for in-stock items and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
• Purchases must be made through authorized AWA channels.
• The Offer term and period is valid for 60 days from the date the advertisement appears and can be extended or limited at AWA’s discretion.
Limitations and Exclusions
• The Offer applies only to new, unused products and excludes clearance, auction, refurbished, or second-hand items.
• Competitor prices must be publicly available and not include any member-only, loyalty, or bulk discounts.
• Shipping, handling, taxes, or other fees are not included in the price match calculation.
• The Offer is limited to one price match per product per customer.
Rights Reserved by AWA
• AWA reserves the absolute right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the proposed competing product meets all the criteria outlined in these T&Cs. AWA’s decision is final and binding, with no right of appeal.
• AWA has the right to modify, adapt, suspend, or terminate the Offer and these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
• AWA is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes in competitor pricing.
